Over 20 years ago, I was introduced to a way of making chocolate that actually fuels the body.
It involves raw ceremonial cacao, healthy fats, and special ingredients.
My chocolate isn't a cheat snack. It supports energy, focus, fat-burning, and has no sugar crashes or junk.
I started White Rabbit Confectionery, to share chocolate that works with your body, not against it.
Every ingredient is researched heavily.
If I wouldn't eat it every day, or feed it to the people I love, it's not going in my chocolate.
Ceremonial Cacao Paste
Ceremonial cacao paste is made from whole cacao beans that are gently fermented, sun-dried, and stone-ground into a rich, unprocessed paste.
Unlike cocoa powder or commercial chocolate, it retains all its natural fats, minerals, and compounds like theobromine and magnesium resulting in an energy boost without the crash.
Mushrooms & Adaptogens
I carefully select functional ingredients like adaptogenic mushrooms and tonic herbs that have proven benefits ranging from mental clarity to physical recovery.
Everything I put into my chocolate has been studied thoroughly, and in many cases used for thousands of years - we do not state benefits that are only considered placebo benefits.
Healthy & Tasty
The health benefits of my product are not ruined by sweeteners and flavouring. I believe caring for your health and well being should taste good.
Using organic seeds, nuts and Low-GI, unrefined sweeteners allow me to ensure I keep both promises, utterly delicious chocolate that improves your health.

🌱 Ceremonial Cacao Paste
Made from whole cacao beans, this paste contains naturally occurring theobromine, magnesium, iron, and anandamide. These compounds may support blood flow, cognitive function, and mood regulation.
🧈 Raw Cacao Butter
A source of healthy fats and antioxidants, cacao butter supports brain function, skin health, and hormone regulation. It also provides a smooth texture and rich mouthfeel in chocolate formulations.
🌰 Ground Cacao Nibs
These crushed cacao beans are high in fiber, minerals, and theobromine—a mild stimulant similar to caffeine. They contribute to sustained energy, mood stability, and a deep, natural chocolate flavor.
🍫 What Makes It Ceremonial?
The term ceremonial cacao comes from its traditional role in both ritual and healing practices.
- Used by Maya and Aztec cultures in ceremonies for connection, offering, and inner clarity
- Valued as a heart-opening plant used to support emotional processing and focus
- Believed to aid healing through its natural compounds that affect mood, circulation, and energy
It’s called ceremonial because it was respected as a healing and connective tool, not just a food or drink.
🌱 How Is It Made?
True ceremonial cacao comes from farms that:
- Grow heirloom or wild cacao varieties (not mass-produced hybrids)
- Use minimal intervention and avoid synthetic chemicals
- Often rely on traditional or indigenous farming and fermenting methods
It’s not just about the bean. It’s equally about how the cacao is treated from seed to bar.
⚡ Why Is It Good for You?
Because it’s minimally processed and not exposed to high heat, ceremonial cacao retains key bioactive compounds:
- Theobromine – a natural stimulant that boosts energy, mood, and blood flow
- Magnesium – vital for muscle recovery and stress reduction
- Antioxidants – help fight inflammation and support heart and brain health
Ceremonial cacao is as close to the living cacao fruit as you can get in chocolate form.
It's not just cacao.
This is chocolate, reimagined.
Every bar is infused with a blend of nature’s most proven super foods.

You need good fat.
Why Fat Fuels You Longer:
Fat provides 9 calories per gram — more than double the energy of carbohydrates, which offer just 4 calories per gram.
This means fat is far more efficient as a compact energy source. For the same weight of food, your body gets more than twice the usable energy from fat compared to carbs.
Fat is slower-burning, making it ideal for long, steady energy without crashes. Unlike carbs, which burn quickly and often spike blood sugar, fat provides a stable fuel stream over hours.
This is why many endurance athletes, low-carb followers, and biohackers turn to high-fat nutrition for performance, mental clarity, and satiety.
Healthy fats don’t spike insulin. That means your blood sugar stays stable—no energy crashes, no sugar highs followed by lows.
Stable insulin levels also support better access to stored fat, helping your body burn fat more efficiently over time.
Low-carb, high-fat diets have been shown to increase resting energy expenditure. In other words, your body may burn more calories just going about daily life.
When insulin stays low, your metabolism stays more flexible—shifting between fat and carb burning as needed, without sudden drops in energy or focus.
Ketones are clean, efficient fuel for the brain. They produce less oxidative stress than glucose, helping your brain run more smoothly.
People often report sharper focus, improved memory, and more consistent mental clarity when in a state of ketosis.
Unlike glucose, which can fluctuate and cause brain fog, ketones provide a steady energy source that supports long-term cognitive performance.
Research also suggests that ketones may help protect the brain against age-related decline and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.
Fat-adapted athletes burn fuel more efficiently, tapping into stored body fat for long-lasting energy without constant refueling.
This makes fat adaptation ideal for endurance sports like marathons, ultra-running, triathlons, and extended fasting.
Once adapted, the body becomes more metabolically flexible—able to maintain stable energy output even with minimal carbohydrate intake.
Fat-adapted performance allows athletes to go longer, recover faster, and avoid the energy crashes common with high-carb fueling strategies.
Fat metabolism produces fewer reactive oxygen species (ROS) compared to carbohydrate metabolism. This means less cellular damage during energy production.
Lower ROS levels lead to reduced inflammation, which supports faster recovery and better long-term performance.
Fat as a primary fuel source also helps protect mitochondrial function—key to maintaining energy, slowing aging, and enhancing resilience during stress or exertion.
For athletes and everyday movers alike, this means less soreness, better immune response, and more consistent performance over time.
